Please complete and submit this document with your non-refundable deposit quoted in order to secure your desired date and services. Delivery and Set Up: Required

Client will provide clear delivery and set up instructions to location and inform B|B Event Decor of any adverse conditions or obstacles that may hinder the delivery and affect the quality of finished balloon decor. After satisfactory delivery and set up by B|B Event Decor, client assumes full responsibility for the condition balloon decor.

Outdoor Delivery: Client understands that B|B Event Decor is not responsible for the condition of products following outdoor setup. Due to the effects of weather conditions, wind blowing undesirable atmospheric items (dirt, leaves, branches, etc.), sunlight, insects, wildlife, etc., it is understood that balloons/decor may not hold up and cannot be insured past satisfactory delivery and set up.

Damages and Accidents Required

B|B Event Decor is not responsible for any damages to balloon decor caused by a guest or any other person not employed by B|B Event Decor. Client assumes full responsibility for the event guests and agrees to indemnify and hold B|B Event Decor harmless from and against all bodily injury, property damage or consequential damages.

B|B Event Decor is not responsible for accidents or injuries related to our decor. Please do not allow guests to put the ballons or any decor we provide into their mouths. Be aware that some children and adults have/may have allergic reactions to latex.

Photography Required

B|B Event Decor reserves the right to use any photographs of the finished decor/balloon decor for promotion without compensation on websites and Social Media.
